The logo for the chrome app appears to have the little shield symbol ontop of it, and keeps asking for acceptence from the UAC. It also appears that anything that would link to chrome to open a page now fails to, and the start menu shortcut does not work hands down. the way around that was to auto admin it, but that just leads to the first problem as mentioned above. But the only bug I cant fix is that chrome wont open without admin privileges.

My current problem is when I open my google Chrome shortcut, it keeps asking for acceptance to be run as administrator, is there any way to automatically accept so every time I need to open a new window, I don't need to have all my windows minimize just to accept it to be run in admin mode.
